Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Made-to-Measure Items
Rings that are made to measure or produced specifically for a customer may not be eligible for standard returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
